Terms of Service

Effective 3 September 2026 · Last updated 3 September 2026

These terms govern your use of JobSpark. Please read them carefully — in particular the sections on automated applications, AI-generated content and the absence of any guarantee of employment.

1. The service

JobSpark helps you find job postings, score how well they match your profile, prepare applications, tailor your CV, answer employer questions and — when you authorise it — submit applications to external applicant tracking systems on your behalf. It also tracks your applications and your Career Growth progress.

2. Eligibility and your account

  • You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
  • You are responsible for your credentials and for everything done through your account.
  • One account per person; do not share your account or impersonate anyone else.

3. Truthful candidate information

Everything you enter — work history, education, work authorisation, languages, answers to employer questions — must be accurate and truthful. JobSpark submits the information you provided; you are solely responsible for its accuracy and for any consequence of submitting incorrect information to an employer.

4. Automated applications and your authorisation

Automated applications are optional. JobSpark prepares an application, shows you what will be sent and stops if anything required is unresolved. A submission only happens after you give an explicit, application-specific authorisation, which is single-use and validated on our servers before submitting.

You remain the applicant and the author of every application submitted through JobSpark. You must not use automation to submit applications you would not submit yourself, to spam employers, or in a way that breaks an employer's or ATS provider's terms.

5. Third-party ATS and job sites

Job postings and application forms belong to employers and their ATS providers. We do not control their availability, accuracy, form behaviour or hiring decisions, and their own terms apply to your application. A posting may be closed, changed or removed at any time.

6. CAPTCHA and human verification

Some employers protect their forms with CAPTCHA or other human-verification checks. JobSpark never attempts to bypass, solve or circumvent them. When such a check is detected, the automated run stops and hands the application back to you to finish manually.

7. AI-generated and tailored content

Tailored CVs, suggested answers and other AI output are drafts generated from your own information. They may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing content before it is sent, and you confirm it is accurate when you authorise a submission.

8. No guarantee of interviews, offers or employment

JobSpark is a tool, not a recruitment agency or employer. We do not guarantee that any application will be delivered, read, answered, or lead to an interview, offer or employment, and we make no promise about match scores or outcomes.

9. Plans, limits and Career Credits

Features are subject to plan allowances (for example tailored CVs, AI assistance and automated applications). When an allowance is exhausted, the feature is unavailable until the period resets or you upgrade.

Career Credits are a non-monetary reward earned from verified career progress. They have no cash value, cannot be purchased, transferred, exchanged or refunded, and can be used only for the specific features we designate. Automated application limits can never be unlocked with credits. We may adjust earning and spending rates.

10. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

Paid plans renew automatically for the billing period you chose until cancelled, and are charged through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from Settings; access continues to the end of the paid period and is not prorated unless required by law. We may change prices with notice, effective from your next renewal.

11. Acceptable use

  • No unlawful, fraudulent, discriminatory or harassing use.
  • No scraping, reselling or redistributing our job data or outputs.
  • No attempts to bypass security, rate limits, plan allowances or verification checks.
  • No reverse engineering, automated abuse or interference with the service.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using JobSpark and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, create legal or security risk, or abuse the automated application system. We will act proportionately and, where possible, tell you why.

13. Intellectual property

JobSpark, its software, design and content are ours or our licensors'. You keep ownership of the content you upload (including your CVs) and grant us the licence needed to store, process and transmit it to deliver the service. Job postings remain the property of their respective owners.

14. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost opportunities, lost employment or lost profits. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

15. Changes to the service and these terms

We are actively developing JobSpark and may add, change or remove features. We may update these terms; the "last updated" date will change and material changes will be notified in the product or by email. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.

16. Governing law and contact

These terms are entered into with KanNo AI LLC, registered at 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, and are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence continue to apply.
