Job searching shouldn't be a full-time job.
ConRiz was built around a simple idea: finding the right opportunities and applying to them shouldn't require hours of repetitive work every day.
Most job seekers spend too much time searching across different platforms, filtering irrelevant listings, adapting resumes, filling out the same information, and keeping track of applications. ConRiz brings that process together.
We continuously discover opportunities from multiple sources, match them against your experience and preferences, and help you focus on the jobs that actually fit you. When you choose to use Apply-for-me, ConRiz can also tailor your CV using your verified experience and assist with the application process.
Our goal isn't to send the most applications possible. It's to send better ones.
That means prioritizing relevance, keeping your professional information truthful, and using automation where it saves time without pretending to know things about you that you haven't provided.
Discover
ConRiz continuously finds relevant opportunities for you. Review them and apply manually whenever you want — finding jobs is separate from any application allowance.
Apply
Apply to the jobs you find yourself, or turn on Apply for me and let ConRiz handle compatible applications for you — up to your plan's allowance, with a tailored CV for each.
Grow
Career research compares your profile with the roles you target, so you understand which skills, experience and positioning can strengthen your profile for better opportunities and interviews.
